This week, two documents arrived in my inbox and threw my entire schedule off track. No, it was not another set of clarification requests from a bidder. They were two materials that, together, completely change the rules of the game: the proposed Industrial Accelerator Act (IAA) and, closer to home, the EISMEA/ANAP Guidelines on supply chains, just published on the PPE+ Europe Community of Practice website.
