We work with companies and contracting authorities throughout the procedure — from reading the documents to clarifications, bids and training. No prices on the site: every engagement is quoted individually.

Prices and any fees are agreed case by case, depending on complexity and the support requested; there is no fixed price list. Terms are discussed before collaboration, in conjunction with the support options presented on Patreon. 1. Public procurement consulting

Clear answers to day-to-day questions: which procedure applies, which requirements are lawful, how to interpret a provision in the tender data sheet. For companies and contracting authorities, per session or on a monthly basis.

2. Bid and technical proposal preparation — Experimental

We analyse the tender documents, build the list of required documents, draft the technical proposal against the actual requirements and check the bid before it is uploaded to SEAP. We also use AI tools, with human review at every step.

This service is experimental: we are currently testing and refining the method with a limited number of projects.

3. Tender documentation audit

We review the tender documents (for contracting authorities) or the bid (for companies) and flag restrictive requirements, ambiguities, risks of rejection and points that could lead to challenges.

4. Support with clarifications and challenges

We draft clarification requests, answers to clarifications and well-argued positions. For challenges before CNSC (the National Council for Solving Complaints) or in court, we work together with your lawyer.

5. Public procurement training

Practical courses and workshops based on real SEAP cases: bid preparation, qualification and award criteria, price adjustment, using AI in technical proposals. Online or at the client’s premises.

Training is delivered together with Alin, and accredited courses are run in partnership with an external accredited training provider.
