Privacy and cookies — working policy

This adaptable working policy explains data use on achizitiicorecte.com. Technical configuration checks and legal review remain necessary; this is not a GDPR compliance certification.

Data and purposes

Through the contact form or email we receive your name, email address, message and information you choose to provide. WordPress.com/Jetpack may also process technical data such as IP addresses, browser information and logs for operation, security and spam protection. Please do not send identity documents, sensitive data or confidential documents without prior agreement.

We use this information to respond, understand your consulting needs and discuss possible collaboration. For data voluntarily submitted through the form, we rely on consent to this communication; you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Requests for quotes or contracts may instead involve precontractual steps, contract performance or legal obligations. Providers may rely on legitimate interests for technical security, as explained in their policies. We do not use messages for newsletters without separate permission or sell personal data.

Storage, recipients and retention

Messages are processed through WordPress.com/Jetpack and the project’s Gmail account, with access limited to those handling the request. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their own terms and transfer mechanisms: see Automattic’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. We do not claim that all data is stored exclusively in the EU.

We retain correspondence as needed to resolve your request and any collaboration, then review it for deletion. Legally required records follow applicable retention obligations; backups may have separate deletion cycles. The project’s exact retention schedule remains to be formalised. You may meanwhile request deletion of data no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. Email achizitii.corecte@gmail.com. We will verify identity proportionately and normally respond within one month, informing you if a lawful extension is needed. You may complain to Romania’s supervisory authority, ANSPDCP. Contact data is not used for automated decisions with legal effects.

Cookies and external links

WordPress.com and Jetpack may use cookies for operation, authentication, security and, depending on configuration, statistics. Nonessential cookies requiring consent must only be activated after agreement; this text does not replace a consent mechanism. The actual cookie inventory and settings still need verification. See Automattic’s cookie policy. Browser settings let you manage cookies, which may affect functionality. Patreon and partner sites have their own policies; externally loaded images may disclose your IP address and browser technical data to their hosts.
